How can I implement an icon positioned in the bottom centre of my header / slider, that, when pressed, automatically scrolls to the next section?

It is easy done with # anchor, but no smooth scroll, it jumps directly to this ID.

Done. Thanks for the link. Hopefully the Dev Team can implement this option soon.
