Server unavailable

Hi! I'm trying for almost two hours to save the changes in the website I'm editing with themler, but it says SERVER UNAVAILABLE and the server seems to work fine. Can this be fixed over here? What should I do to prevent that from happening anymore? Thanks in advance...

Hi there,

I wonder if I can get a full refund! Unfortunately, Themler is causing too many issues to my team ; we have decided not to use Themler anymore because it's incredibly slow. It takes ages to save a change!

Some possible reason it can be slow. It is rocket fast when I work on it.

You edit themes on cloud, Billionthemes servers.
Your shared hosting memory limit is just there on border to be not sufficient for Themler.

Usually we do not provide refunds as we allow the unlimited trial to investigate the application possibilities.
But we would like all our customers to be satisfied so we will investigate why your theme is so slow.
Please try to disable all the plug-ins and components on your site to be sure that no of them are causing the issues.

Hi,

Our developers have checked the log files from your account and the problem is in your WP on your hosting. For example, loading the WP Core takes 7 seconds and so on for the other operations on the hosting.
