Hi,

You get free updates for one year after payment. When that period expires, you can continue to use the application, but you won't be able to apply updates for the theme and the application.

Am I right in thinking I can continue to use Themler, and edit and save my themes, when my licence has run out, but I just can't upgrade and use the latest version and get support? At the moment I just get "Unable to save theme, server is unavailable" when I try to save changes, so might the licence expiring be the reason, or might it be because of something else? Thanks

Yes, it should work as you described, this error should not appear. Please try temporarily disabling antivirus and firewall and let us know the result.

I think it is working OK now without upgrading: I was trying to use it with Firefox/Mac and seem to remember that that never worked for me, so have switched to Chrome/Windows and it has saved OK. I will upgrade shortly though :)
