How can I configure the responsive landscape mode in phone and tablets ?
There is not such an option and if you look at the page http://themindescape.com/stage/ in a phone landscape mode, the images are stretched out. How can I fix this ?
Tablet portrait equal almost many of iPhone, Samsung, and others smartphone landscape mode. If it looks fine in Tablet portrait it should look fine in smartphone landscape.
But if you look for some quick fix click on F12 and resize width of iframe for a while, and edit it in this "mode".

There is no possibility to edit the template in the landscape modes as they were excluded by Bootstrap. In any case try not to use the fixed width as Stagger suggested above.
