Frontsite IE and Chrome not the same (Order from article with two column)

Hi
I work with joomla and i have a site: www.schule-schwaderloch.ch/relaunch16
On frontsite, i have two columns (in themler i have not defined - the two columns are in the joomla menu defined).
on chrome, the frontsite work fine (see Aufnahme4.jpg). On IE 11 i have a empty place for an article (see Aufnahme3.jpg).
On first call the site, i have not this problem with IE 11. but when you click then on menu "home", the place will be white.
what's the problem here?

Please note that some features are not fully supported in IE11 due to limitations of IE. We are working on fixing this issues.
