In styles, Quote I can style the blockquote text and background, but cannot see where the large open quote is styled.

Also there is a white left border to the quote block background, even with borders off. I have tried changing everything, but I cannot get rid of it. See attached image. Is there a way to remove this?
Thanks

Hello Len,

  1. It looks like there is no open quote on your screenshot. Do you mean adding it?

  2. Most probably this is the left margin that is set by default:

Nettie

Just discovered its in the image part of the styling where the quote icon is defined, but I cannot find any alternatives as I could in Artisteer.

I also want rid of the white bar to the left of the background to the quote area, this appears to be related to the background. With the margin set to 0, the white bar is still there, but the text within the quote box does move. This margin just shifts the whole of of the quote box. Padding makes no difference either.I tried setting the background colour, this does change but the white bar is still there.

What does remove it is clicking the Border then setting base colour to transparent. In more options and border, it then has a 1px border that is transparent. With no border set it must be inheriting a left white border from somewhere!

Hello Len,

Thanks for explanation. I have asked developers about the border, margin and image.
In the meanwhile, to remove the border, please try to add this additional CSS code to Home tab >> Settings >> Additional CSS:

blockquote {
border-left:none!important;
}

Sincerely,
Nettie,
