I wanted to buy Themler and Nicepage both, in hope to make transition to nicepage once every feature is added.
But when i see the bad transition you make,.. how can we trust a product wich silently gets no support when sales don't kick in.
You are kina stupid i would have needed that product 4years ago, but i haven't seen any ads or anything.
You have kinda no competition since your theme builder is priced like a premium average theme for prestashop.

Some things are a thing of steadiness, you would have much more customers when they where happy and if they get updates.. and you should have made more ads on PrestaShop com... i am sure that 60% of all prestashop users would buy your product since every theme trys to sell you features in a crippled child version. But how I see is nowbody knows your product.. you had the best product on market and broke it for redoing it everything. You forgot to make a better transition, instead of focusing 100% of nicepage. Nobody wants new features for themler everybody would be fine with keeping it up to date, and then everyone would want to make "upgrade" to nicepage for better experience.

Prestashop 1.7 is out 4years, you simply lied to us, you said it has low priority but it seems you had no priority at all.
I am not france but as example 70% of all online stores in france are run by prestashop, 66 million people live in france, a basic crowed sourced translation only for you landing page would improve your sales massively.

You should do more marketing but the cheap and functional one.

Three years to take care of this and it is still an issue. Unacceptable

I wonder if we can trust anymore themler and make themes with it, with the total abscence of updates this year probably due to their page builder, what will happen the day they decide to stop themler as we cannot connect and modify themes without connecting to themler.com ?

Prestahop with themler was usefull but if I cannot trust my tools I do not use them, It was the last year for themler and future products for me.

April 16th, 2019. I just found out about this after wasting a bunch of time configuring a theme for Prestashop 1.7 only to find out it is not supported. Don't you have an obligation to your paying customers to stay current? If you cannot hold up your end of the bargain it might be time to sell this product to a company who can manage to stay current. So disappointed and irritated not only with all the time I just wasted, but also by the fact that I put so much time and effort into learning this software when it seems like they are just going to let it go the way of Artisteer.

Thank you,
Olivia

Thank you,
Olivia

Hi,

Prestashop 1.7 support has a low priority because we have quite low number of Themler for PrestaShop users. Currently the high priority tasks are new product and WP and Joomla themes, Themler stability and bug fixes.

Thank you,
Olivia

После таких слов верните мне мои деньги, если у вас приоритет доработка вашего продукта, верните деньги куплю TemplateToaster 6 где с этим все впорядке !!!!!!!! И с приоритетами тоже

At least it is honest :)

I understand totally that you need time and cannot be everywhere at any time, and have to priorize, but It affraid me to think the day a product is abandonned (Wordpress, or Drupal, or Joomla) that it won't be possible to continue working with themler, wich is an amazing software for now.

Personnally I use it for Joomla, Wordrpress and uprestashop (until 1.6)

Hi,

Sorry, we are really working on it. But unfortunately this is not the priority task for now. We'll announce it as soon as it is ready.

Sincerely,
Hella

And what is your priority?
Would you explain because we pay for your product and we are not familiar with your company's priorities?

I can´t believe it. Still not working with Prestashop 1.7. What are you waiting for? 1.8 version? I paid for a year updates and you spend more than 2 years in order to launch updates. Are you really working on it?

Is there finally a date known when PS 1.7 will be supported?
Will it be supported after all?

The only feedback I read here since more than a year is: we're working on it and no release date is known.

It seems that it's better to look out for other software or buy this software as soon as it is supporting PS 1.7

You will get "free" upgrades during 1 year, but it's taking 2 years before you upgrade ....
