Footer Position (Page Width, Screen Height)

Hello - In Artisteer that was an option to push the footer to the bottom of the page IF the content was very short. Not floating on top of the content and sticking, but just pushed to the bottom of the page.

I can not figure out how to recreate this within Themler.

I have included a screenshot of the option from Artisteer that was available. This function is HUGE and is needed for many sites that I update and maintain.
