When i try to open Themler to create a Wordpress Theme, i get a Failure: Error establishing a database connection

I Have the same problem. When i Start Themler Windows Version i get Error establishing a database connection. The HTML Version is working but not the word press. I put the Url und the Programm to exeptions in the anvirus programm already.

I read Troubleshooting already. When i install themler it runs without problems even the wordpress version. When i start themler the next day. it shows me Error establishing a database connection when i try to start wordpress. Html version is still working. I have the feeling that there is a permission problem. i can open the adress http://127.0.0.1:12080/themler i can enter to html but when i try to open wordpress it shows me Error establishing a database connection. The firewall are off, i even installed a new antivirus programm and there are no plugins in chrome which could cause this problem. Please check this for me.

Have you tried to disable all the antivirus applications?
If that does not help, attach a log file. It is written how to create it in the second link from the message above.
