Hi,

I have problems with the "Fix on scroll" Extension when changing the height with it.

My attempt: In the attached file (pic2.png) I have a very basic example. The gray/black thing at the top is a little image. Like a banner. The Red part is a menu and some text. And everything under it (the light blue) is the body.

When the user scrolls, the black part is going away, but the red part will stick at the top of the screen, while the blue part can be scrolled under it. this is possible, if I use the "Fix on scroll" extension wit hthe default settings on the red part.
But now I want the red part to get a new height when fixed.

Normally the red container has 100px height when the page is not scrolled.
When a user now scrolls down and the red container is fixed to the top, the height should change to 50px and the objects in it should get also a new vertical-align: middle.
But when I go to "Fix on scroll" Extension and then on "Shape Option", I could change the height.
The problem is, that only the shown hover borders in the Themler editor will show, that the height is changing when scrolling. The height of the box is not changing at all (see pic3.png).

What am I doing wrong?

greetings,
Christopher

PS.: current themler version, HTML template

Hi,

Unfortunately you can't affect the height of fixed container in the way you want.
This extension adds additional wrapper around the control to which you applied the extension. To change the height in this way the affix wrapper should have initial height. Themler does not support such functionality.

Thank you,
Olivia

The issue is that when you scroll, the height only changes for the hover borders that are visible in the Themler editor.
