How somebody explain me how this works?

Sometimes I can get the handle at the top to add a rotation but most of the time if I insert it, it doesn't work, only with premade sections I can do it... What am I missing?

Ok, so you just have to set it up to ABSOLUTE position? I still don't know if there's a manual for themler, mostly I learned it just using it.

Hello Klein,
do you mean that you'd like to change the Section location at the page? If so, you just need t drag it and drop in the same way as other control.

You may do it in Preview Area
