Side bars in Joomla 3.x not displaying centered on phone

How can I set left and right sidebar modules to display centered for the responsive view on mobile phones?
I have tried many different ways to accomplish this with no success !

Please advise!

To show sidebars in one column on mobile phones please enable responsive layout for Sidebars control under the Layout tab:
