Themler v. 241 Update (11-March-2016)

Hi everyone,

We've updated Themler from the current Beta version.
The new version is 241.
Here is a list of fixes included in this Themler update:

Controls

  • WORDPRESS & HTML: added presets for the Blog Section with sample data:

  • Added option to remove e-commerce templates (WooCommerce and VirtueMart) for WordPress and Joomla themes:
    in the Templates List and under the Home tab >> Settings

    Removing e-commerce templates reduces template css by 20% and allows to use Themler themes with WP and Joomla web shops without e-commerce templates if you have Personal or Business subscription.

  • Flex Order can now be used for Sidebars to change the order in responsive modes.
    NOTE: The order can be changed within one row:
    -- Left -- (Above CMS, Content, Under CMS) -- Right

Ribbon UI Improvements

  • Section: added the Height.
  • Text: UI changes.
  • Separator: UI changes.
  • Templates List has been moved to the Ribbon.
  • Slider: editable Settings for the Overlay effect (e.g. Opacity, Fill, etc.)

Preview

  • Improved the 2nd opening speed for the “Add Section” dialog.
  • Added controls for the “+” (Add Control) in the Context Menu of a Container, including presets for Bullets, Quotes, etc.

Fixes:

  • Inc/Dec Font Size closed the Context Toolbar.
  • Navigation Panel fixes, including blank thumbnails for some sections.
  • Fixed bugs in pages and post search and browsing.
  • Fixed content editor crash.
  • Fixed bugs with customization of Section Font Size for in the Responsive Modes.
  • JOOMLA: Fixed the bug with Joomla plug-in when the admin was corrupted.
  • VIRTUEMART: Fixed the bug with the Amount Counter.
  • Fixed the bug with "Set as Default" and "Reset to Default" for the Products control (Products Template).
  • Other fixes of bugs and crashes.

Hello Sabeck,
in case there's no Themler menu in WP admin menu it means that theme was saved without 'Include Themler...' option and now it cannot be opened in Themler.
However if you got an error or problem with opening heme please submit a new private topic, describe your issue in details and provide access to your WP admin back end.

Got a reply saying a hotfix had gone live to fix this problem.... didn't have time to do the update...

because when I try opening my template a get :

"Sorry, an error has occurred. Please clear your browser cache."

Of course I do clear my browser cache and try again...

But I get the same error again and again... I cannot even open my template anymore...

OK have made a private post... send logs and explained that updating to v241 maked my joomla template uneditable (404 page not found error when loaded in Themler)... got a reply saying this was a permission level bug... have to ask my provider !!

Looks like I'm not the only one having major bugs since this update...

Come on Guys you can do better !! I've always been along side with you since beginning of artisteer.... don't let us down now !

please fix it quickly and apply a new patch !! I need to get my work back

I'm having the same issue now with a lot of my templates on my Joomla sites after upgrading...have sent the PM with admin details.

I can, But only leave theme, as it is localhost. it is one old test theme I use for testing many things.

ich denke bevor neue Funktionen implementiert werden, sollten erst einmal die ganzen Bugs und vorhanden Funktionen so bearbeitet werden, dass diese stabil laufen.

i think it is better the bugs and functions inside themler, could be resolved und made stable, before new items are implemted.

To all have got problems with adding controls and/or section: please create new separate private topics to report about the issues and provide access to your CMS admin back ends. It's not major problem with update, but something specific for certain themes.

Hello guys,
to all who get the problem

but now when I try to edit my template in themler I get a error 404
in themler... no way to edit my template anymore !

Please submit new private topics and provide us with access to the Joomla admin back end, we'll investigate this issue.

i only got one reply and still cannot use woocommerce templates

can i please get help on why after updating i cannot access my templated for woocommerce. I have tried support for 2 days now and only get one reply from support per day. This has been very frustrating as i reply quickly and i only get support in the middle of the night.

If you removed the store template, do not try to reinsert!

Themler crashes and must be reinstalled!

I am not getting any support but one reply a night i cannot use my woocommere templates since i updated. I would like a downgrade too please and someone to help me make sure I can access the woocomerce templates.

Dont know what is it.

  • Disabled all plugins except BuddyPress.
  • On Cloud installed BuddyPress.
  • On localhost new custom template switch to Page template. On cloud not.

Can you update WordPress installations on Cloud to 4.4.2 ? Your version 3.8.1 is very old now.
