Its possible save template which suuport few languages? I mean template where user can switch language from english to germany etc

wordpress MultiLingual

Vote to pay developers attention to this features or issue.

Hi,

You need to add the multilingual support within your CMS, Themler does not provide such option within the theme. So you need to use some multilingual plug-ins within the site back end.

I haven't tested any of those plug-ins. Try to use any popular plug-in, I hope that it will be working fine.
