Is it normal to only get one reply a night

Please I have been trying since the update to get help. I only get one support help per night and was asked to follow instructions and report back I did 7 hours ago in the middle of the night and have not heard back after I followed up on what I was asked to do.

I am losing alot of time and my custom templates that I have worked on for woocommerce for the last few months,
Can someone please get back to me to be sure that its working. Only one reply a night is all I get and never any in the day time pacific standard time.
