I have recently posted a bug report closely related to this
https://answers.themler.com/questions/71283/woocommerce-featured_products-per_page-not-formatted
It's a Woocommerce shortcode to display products, this time featured products.
It is reasonable to expect a theme to be able to accept these shortcodes within the body text of any Woocommerce page. Short codes work with other themes and more importantly with Artisteer + Tuxedo generated themes.
Adding widget areas for this is very restrictive, not a practical solution at all, also I can't find a "product slider control" anywhere in Themler v256.
I see Themler as a very welcome upgrade from the Artisteer+Tuxedo combination, especially as Tuxedo has a chequered history of support.
The comment above "Themler does not control the appearance of the products outputted using woocommerce shortcodes" is a VERY serious shortcoming, and doesn't help the many designers coming from Artisteer.
Themler needs to take this on board, and at least apply the product grid to shortcodes that output products as a list, respecting the settings of the shortcode ie columns, number to display, sort order etc. Please will you guys look at this with some urgency, its is really preventing serious users from generating solid, usable and reliable themes for our customers to use.
