It is possible, to add as many sections as you need to a theme for any CMS, including Magento themes.
These can be done in several ways:
1. In Themler please go to Home >> Add Section or Insert >> Add Section and choose this section in the gallery. Optionally, you may find it at templates.themler.com first and then search in the gallery by ID.
2. .zip files available on BillionThemes for sections contain HTML themes. So open this theme in Themler, select a section and export it using "Export as ZIP" option. Then import this ZIP in Themler: Add Section >> Load from ZIP.
