I'm sorry the question is not quite clear for me: do you mean that you're not sure about Themler Joomla themes compatibility with PHP 7?
Or have you got any problem with PHP 7 and themes?
In the last case please describe them in details

Hello,
although we do not have precise instructions how to do it, but you may try to update PHP version which comes along with Themler Desktop at

C:\Program Files (x86)\Themler\bin
