With a plugin Google Universal Analytics plugin [for Joomla! 1.6, 1.7, 1.8, 2.5 and 3.0].
Not smart of me . it can don be much easier way in youre system.

Sorry, maybe you could write in your native language as it is hard to understand the question. To add the analytics code inside Themler, you should post the code of the plug-in within the Home >> Settings >> Additional HEAD HTML.
