Small images cant be moved

When i insert small image (50X50px) and i set for that image absolute positions, i cant drap and drop, because show icon for image editing and replacing....that icon show over my image when i hover it with mouse......

Please try to take the image at its top left side (where "Image" is written) and drag-and-drop it then:
