Please provide a link to your site. Also the issue happens in the desktop view or in the responsive mode?
Sincerely,

There is one support topic on forum about it, but cannot find it now.
It can happen in some rare occasions.
The URL is: http://hltlimited.com.207-32-48-133.beta.ncn.net/
In the desktop view, I'm not able to click on the sub menu before it disappears. In responsive view, I'm not able to click on any of the menu items and the menu displays underneath the next section (with the text: haul in style).

Giving margin-top to container under menu helps. But problem is sometimes it needs margin of 30-40 px and it is not a solution.
Maybe developers can check it.

In your case it is module md-slide, but also one of the Themler classes has same position: relative. When both removed submenu works OK.

When you make changes to the menu to fit your design, you have to look at how much padding at the top and bottom of your menu item you have assigned.
I find a LOT that if I'm having problems, I'll assign a "border" to whatever is giving me a headache so I can see the position of everything.
In this case, the padding at the top of the menu items was little, which means the menu item was higher than the original settings in the selected menu type.
And, the bottom margin was too much, which pushed the sub-menu far enough away that you couldn't get to the sub-menu before it disappears.
So the answer is to check the top and bottom margins for the main menu, and then check the top margins and padding for the sub-menu.
I actually put a negative margin in the sub-menu just to get it up high enough that the sub-menu item wouldn't disappear. Once I was able to see the problem I could assign the proper margins and padding.
Give it a shot.

One more thing to review.
If there is a "Canvas" near the menu that overlaps the menu area, that will cause the sub-menu to disappear when you go from the parent menu item to the child menu item.
Even if you assign a z-index to the menu to keep it on top, that may not work.
Make sure that any "Canvas", "HTML", "Section" or anything else that you have near the menu does not overlap the border you see when you hover over the menu. Any areas that overlap the menu will cause a problem with the sub-menu.

Could you please provide a link to the page that demonstrates the issue? You can create a new Private topic if you don't want to provide link here.
Thank you,

Same problem here ( http://fbk-thueringen.sws-hosting.de ). Submenu disappears when passing h-menu container border. Please provide a quick solution!
On home template the extension "Overlap next section" + adding some margin to next section fixes the issue, but this option is only available for home template and not e.g. for post.
This is not at all a solution. I don't want to blame anyone but something like the usability of a simple submenu should always work.
I am messing arround with this issue since 1 month for now and I have deadlines for finishing this website!
I would be glad about any hint, workarround or fix that works for ALL templates, not only for home temp!
Many thanks in advance!
Sincerely,
Kevin
Hello Kevin,
it'd be helpful if you submit new private topic and provide access to the CMS admin back end.
Also, I do not see a problem with submenu at http://fbk-thueringen.sws-hosting.de/
What exact settings are needed to set in menu so submenu disappears too quickly?
regards,
Aileen
I had this problem also but it resolved when I removed the 1 px bottom margin on the menu item I had set.
