Display on smaller screens

Hi there

How can I get my website to fit on smaller screens? I have set individual values for Desktop version and Laptop version, but the desktop version shows on my very small laptop, making it impossible to navagate smoothly in the website. Only if I set the screen size in browser to 67% I can read normally. See attached screenshots.

What can I do so that the 100% browser version looks the same as the 67% which looks great on that screen? As already written I have changed the responsive laptop size but even though my smaller laptop is tiny, the desktop version shows.

Please help.
