Previous and Next Post pagination instead of titles

On my blog index I have a numbered pagination which is great but on the actual posts this always displays as the title of the previous and next posts.

Can anyone tell me how to make the pagination on the posts display as just previous and next or how to create custom buttons to do the same job?

Find whole PHP snippet in template, and after adapting it ad it inside CMS Code control. Delete old one in Themler.

Thanks for your help but it appears I'm gonna need a dummies explanation of how to do this. I don't know what the template name is or where it's hiding before I can attempt to locate a snippet inside it.

Button style you change clicking on it in Themler. Pagination options.
Cannot help you as you need specific button style and arrows. Dont have time to make PHP snippet now.
