Enabling ablility to edit theme for store (Virtuemart)

I keep getting the error message that reads "Products Template is Disabled" I have followed all of the instructions on the screen and still cannot enable a template so that I can edit in Themler... Is there a step I am missing that is not listed?

Hello,

In Joomla themes, the Products template is used for a VirtueMart Category Layout item. So, to turn on the Products template in Joomla, this item should be created in the menu and product category/categories should be linked to it.
