Nobody has answered me for a week

Hi,
as nobody have answered me for 5 days, and my original request was posted 1 week ago, I'm asking to the community if it's normal having no answer. How can I work with customers in this conditions?
My request is 71399.
I'd like to have similar answer "We're working to solve your problem, but we haven't found solution yet"....!

i also have my issues with lack of documentation and not so easy to understand issues, however the forum team are normally very prompt and have solutions. a big thanks for all your doing for us
