Make a button stick to outside margin of viewport?

Hey all,

is it possible to make a button always stick to a particular side of your screen?
Like right now, I can set it to absolute but it will always remain within the layout grid.
I thought like adding a section with full background, but it does not change anything.

Example for what I want to achieve: http://www.autoteile-meile.de ; check the buttons on the left side for newsletter and feedback.

Just insert button somewhere, not important where it ends. Then go to More options and set position to fixed and with those 4 options top-right-bottom-left place it where you want. Use percentage.
