Is it possible to get a url, so that someone else can see the template "in work" (someting like a preview)

Hi,

There is no such option. You can design the theme online and give a link. But that link will be valid for several hours only.

If you work in Themler online, create a preview and that link should be accessible by the other people within an hour.
