I want to add a product buy button, but i can't place anything from the online store controls.
How can i do this?

I suppose that you are using WP theme that does not include store functionality, you need to choose WooCommerce for WordPress and then the controls from the Online Store will be available for you.

Please make sure you are dropping the control to the location highlighted with the line, like on the screenshot below:
If the issue is still reproducible, please provide a link to your website and temporary access to the backend, and please make the case private or let us know if we should do this.
