Themes are not showing up on the desktop Themler software.

When I go to the Themler.com website, I am able to see ALL of the themes with no problems. But within the software itself most of the themes are not showing up as I click through each category. I'm using the original Microsoft Surface Tablet running Windows 8.1.

Please advise.

… Also I normally use VPN software to surf the web. I thought this might have something to do with it. So I turn this feature completely off. But still got the same results. Most of themes would not show up.

Hi,

In the desktop version you do have the HTML template opened and the BillionThemes option shows you the HTML themes only. We do have only several HTML samples and they should appear in the desktop version if no filter selected.

In the desktop version, how do I view all of them at the same time? This way it seems very limited. I want to see them all.

Hi,

There is no such option within the desktop. It is useless as you can not import the non-HTML theme when in the HTML mode. To view all the themes open the templates.themler.com site separately.
