I went up to my hosting and develop the template and content, everything was fine, and then not me themler edit button appears.

You may not see the Themler admin Menu if you disabled Theme Editor for all users in the WP wp-config.php file by adding the following line:

define('DISALLOW_FILE_EDIT', true);
