Bought But Can't Access

Hi Themler People!

I'm very eager to use Themler! Thank you for creating it! Thank you for the incredibly hard and ingenious work you do!

So I purchased Themler on April 13, 2016.

But I can't access it. Neither the web-accessible version nor the one you install locally.

The only email message I received from you after I made the purchase said this:

Dear [customer],
Your order has been processed and your subscription has been activated.
Please log in to start using our service.
If you have any questions, please contact us at BillionDigital Support Form.
Thank you,
Themler/Artisteer Team

There's no link in that message to download anything. No Purchase Order number. No Transaction ID. There's no path to Themler through a web interface.

At themler.com, I clicked the Download Now button
Chose WordPress
Of the three steps, clicked the one with the yellow number 1 in a circle for Download.
That downloaded a large set of files that appear to be a theme. ??.

Artisteer Support sent a link to a discussion about getting the desktop version of Themler, and in that discussion I found and installed Themler.1.0.59.39d2b-2.exe.

The Themler logo appeared on my desktop and when I clicked on it, it seemed like Themler was opening.

But all that happened is a blank page opened, and it just stays blank.

I uninstalled Themler.1.0.59.39d2b-2.exe and reinstalled it.

Still, the only thing I'm able to do is open a blank page that stays blank.

I would much rather have Themler than a refund.

Can you help?? I know you can!!! YAY!

Hello,

There is no serial number in Themler. When you have purchased a subscription, just log at the top right corner and you will be able to use Themler without any limitations.
To use Themler, there are several options:
1. Install Themler. At themler.com click "Download Now" and choose a corresponding option - Themler for Windows or Themler for Mac. Just sign in, select CMS and create a theme. You can export a theme at any time as .zip and install in your CMS and continue working at it.
2. Download default theme .zip via themer.com >> Download Now >> choose CMS and click "Themler for [CMS name]" and install it in your CMS. Then select "Themler" in CMS admin and work at the theme.

As for the desktop version: please try to uninstall this version completely and also Remove CMS content. Download the latest version from themler.com >> Download Now >> Themler for Windows: Themler.1.0.289.1ad4a, install it and let us know the result.

Problem not solved.

Problem, again, is:

At themler.com, I clicked the Download Now button
Chose WordPress. THERE IS NO OPTION TO CHOOSE WINDOWS OR MAC. THE DOWNLOAD BUTTON LEADS TO A PAGE FOR CHOOSING DIFFERENT CMSs. MY CMS IS WORDPRESS. SO I'M ROUTED TO DOWNLOAD A THEME. BUT WHAT I NEED AND HAVE NEEDED FOR OVER A MONTH IS A WAY TO GET THEMLER.

I DIDN'T SEE THE WINDOWS/MAC OPTIONS ABOVE ALL THE CMS OPTIONS.

I forgot I had already downloaded and installed Themler for Windows a few weeks ago.

What happened is when I try to open it, I just get a blank page. I'll attach a screenshot so you can see what I see. This is also what happened with a beta version of Themler that I also happened to stumble on and install.

So I still can't use Themler. It's been I think over a month since I bought it.

Really want to start using it!!!
