Multiple websites

I want to use themler for multiple websites that I build for my clients.

Once I've built the initial site will they still be able to use themler for the editing etc. So multiple clients using themler built sites.

For example there might be a page with four boxes that are effectively tiles leading to other pages that they might want to edit.

They don't need access to images or themes just to be able to access the built site

Is this covered under the license?

Hi,

I'm not sure what you mean. After you install the theme on the site, the editor option will appear to edit the theme within the Themler editor. They will be able to open it and make changes but to save them they will need a license. We do not provide such option so your users could use one license. If they need to edit the theme further, they can purchase a license.
If you do not want your users to see the Themler editor button, export the theme without editor included. But then you also won't be able to import the theme back in Themler.

Sincerely,
Hella

Why is there not an option to allow those editing the website to save without an extra licence? I have a customer who has three potential editors of their site and if I read you right, they need to purchase three licences to be able to do so? This makes the product very restrictive in a multi-user environment. I am really reconsidering using Themler into the future. It needs to be site specific not user specific.

Hi,

Unfortunately there is no option for the site editor for multiple users. Themler subscription is like Adobe subscription, you can use PS from any place with your subscription but other people will need to have their own subscription to work with your file. The same is with the Themler theme, that is a normal practice when designer owns a license and if several designers work together all of them own a subscription for the required product. So if anyone else also needs to edit your theme they will need to have a subscription.

Sincerely,
Hella

Hmmm - Let the buyer beware. What a disappointment to what could be a great product. I don't think it is in the same ball park as Adobe, certainly not as far as stability and user-friendliness is concerned. I guess I am using Themler for the wrong reasons (building websites for clients) so it is au revoir to Themler from me.

We are sorry to hear that. in any case we allow the unlimited time trial before purchasing and I suggest the next time you ask such questions before purchasing the product.
Hope that someday you will be able to use Themler again.

Sincerely,
Hella
