One page design in Wordpress tutorial questions

In this tutorial (http://answers.themler.com/articles/5581/one-page-design-in-wordpress) you wrote:
step 2. Add several Row with Columns controls using Insert >> Row with Columns. The number of Row with Columns controls should match the number of pages you would like to create. Configure the Rows to have one column.

Can't find these column controls!? (see knipsel.png)

Also
step 3. Add WP Widget Area controls using Insert >> WP Widget Area into each Row.
Where is ths hidden??

Hi,

  1. This part is about adding the section. We had rows before, now it is called Section, so add a section control instead.
  2. It is under the Insert >> More.
