Insert html control problem

Hello, trying to create a simple Bullet List in my HTML5 website in Themler.

I go to "Insert" then "More" " select HTML Control and place it in my web page. It tells me " Enter HTML text here ". I copy and paste the sample code from :

http://www.w3schools.com/html/tryit.asp?filename=tryhtml_lists_unordered_square

After that it shows the code, but nothing else happens. I go to Preview and I can read the same code, but no bullet list shows up.

Am I missing something or how am I supposed to properly insert HTML code ?

Please advise.

Hi,

Please use only tags that do contain elements for display. Do not use , and other tags that are for document markup. Insert this part only:

<h2>Unordered List with Square Bullets</h2>

<ul style="list-style-type:square">
  <li>Coffee</li>
  <li>Tea</li>
  <li>Milk</li>
</ul>

Unfortunately it is still not working.

Hard to understand, such a simple thing as a Bullet List and yet so difficult to implement ...

What could possibly be the problem ?

This should be easy and simple to insert into a Themler design page.

I have included two screen shots for you to see the results.

Please advise.

A professional looking website needs to be able to have a Bullet List !

Hi,

You insert the text directly in the control within the edit area. You need to navigate to the HTML tab in the top ribbon when the control is selected, then press to Edit HTML and insert the code there.
