Themler doesn't work

I have a problem with themler. It shows the home page and choose joomla.
Loads and is only a white background. At the top you can see the path. At oder election is a white page and menu themler in the left corner. 3 times already I reinstalled and checked for Windows 8.1 and Windows 10. What can I do ?

I open DevTools and
Application Cache Error event: Resource fetch failed (403) http://cstatic.billiondigital.com/themler/288/images/colorPicker/blank.gif
http://127.0.0.1:12080/favicon.ico Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
start.js:1 Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token <>

Hello,

Please follow the steps below:
1. Backup all theme folders somewhere on your computer.
2. Uninstall Themler completely and also check the box for "Remove all CMS content".
3. Check if the following folders are still present:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Themler
C:\ProgramData\Themler

4. If they exist, remove them.
5. Reboot the machine after uninstalling Themler, so that all Themler services are removed for sure.
6. Download latest version of Themler for Windows from themler.com, install it and try to start with Joomla and create a theme.
Please let us know the result.
