Root menu bug in mobile menu mode

I've created a new site. And the top tier (root menu) items work in desktop mode. But in mobile mode. They don't. I can access the sub menus in mobile. But when I select the top tier menu - nothing happens. This has been like this for awhile. And would be great that this can be fixed - as getting complaints from customers saying they cannot access all menus in Mobile.

Hi,

Please make sure that you have the Horizontal Menu >> Responsive >> Submenu set to With Reload. In other case it only expands submenus and does not load the parent menu item.
