Top Menu Boxed

I prefer boxed layouts that prevent stretching on widescreen monitors, but for some reason when I add a top Menu, it does not conform to my site layout setting of boxed, and lets the menu stretch. See below. I need to add a boxed menu that is not wider than a specified amount of pixels.

Hi,

Please check that the menu length is not set to the page width. If that does not help, please attach your theme so we could review the settings.

I figured it out. had to expand the section settings to fix it.
