Hi,

I created a theme (latest version is "Solarcell_09q"), where I have a Drupal region called "Lablec".
I would like to hide this region on some subpages, but it is always visible. Actually only the content of this region is hidden, but the blue background is always visible.

The live site is http://solarcellhungary.com/en, but this problem is also exist in the cloud, where "Solarcell_09q" is available: http://drupal.22.i1109.cms1-live.billiondigital.com/?theme=Solarcell_09q
I assume it is the best for you to see it in the cloud.

Is there any setting in themler which may solve it?
Thank you.

Regards,
Lajos

Hello

Currently the reported issue is behavior by default. Otherwise you will not see the empty region in Outline and on the page in Themler.
But I've discussed this issue with our developers and they will try solve this issue in basic theme separately. In the same way as we did for Horizontal and Top menus.

Thank you,
Olivia

Hi,

Thank you for your answer. Is there a workaround to solve this problem, e.g. to remove the backround colour of this region, but add it to its content's background colour? Will it hide colour if the content of that region is empty?
Or something else?

Lajos

Hello

In general yes, your solution should work.
- remove bg of the Drupal Region Shape. I also siggest that you remove the min-height under the Arrange.
- switch to Block tab and add background:

region-block-bg.png

Please note that this is background of the block. Each block in this region will have this background and if you add margin to blocks you will see the gap.

Thank you,
Olivia

I tried to import the solar theme but got the answer" Only joomla themes can be imported". As far as I know it is a Joomla theme. That's at least what I asked for/
