Hi Themler Team

As always I have tons of praises for you guys for developing this amazing software! I will never hold back my above the bar/par feedback for it.

But as always all great things still need some problem solving :)

My first issue is; when I close a WP project save it and everything, and start a completely new project, by default when the new project opens, it inherits all the raw data of WP from the old project which I just closed. (pages, menu settings, punch line, favicon, google adsense etc etc.)

I tried to find out in forum and in documents why is it doing it but could not do it?

Need your help as I want every WP project to start with a fresh setting not with the old setting!

My second Issue is very similar: When I create/input form fields in contact us page on the page template, the input fields shows on all the pages whereas I only want it on contact page. How can I solve it please

Hope you can help in these issues

Thanks:) Subodh

Hi,

Thanks for contacting us, we appreciate all your feedbacks.

  1. Let me explain a bit. When working in the desktop mode Themler requires the site to work on so we install the local server with the instance of each CMS used. The content is the part of the CMS so each time you edit something in the back end, note that it will appear in the next theme also. To start the new project you can delete the data of the old one removing the following folder:

    C:\ProgramData\Themler\hd_data\themler_[numbers]\wordpress
Or any other CMS you are using.

  2. Probably you have inserted the fields within the template and not in the content of that particular page. But note that the desktop version does not export content.

Sincerely,
Hella

Will removing folder not affect any other data/functionality in the new project that I will create?

Hi,

It won't affect any other data, but note that if you want to import the old theme, it will appear with the content of your current project, not with the one you have created it with.

Sincerely,
Hella
