When you export a section where does it save to?

I can't find what I have exported so not sure if this is a bug or if I am looking in the wrong place?

Hi,

Do you see the .zip file in the downloads bar on the bottom of the browser window? It should be saved in the Downloads folder on your computer if no other settings are set in the browser.
Try to search by the name of the exported section.

No .zip file and nothing in downloads. After Im asked to name the export nothing appears to happen.
I think this may be a bug. I have tried this on 2 x Macs using both Safari and Chrome.

Try to change the downloads folder in Chrome:

Do you see the exported files in that folder?

I am using Themler v367 on Windows 10 with Chrome Browser with Joomla and I am also unable to export sections to my computer.
My Chrome browser is set to "Ask where to save each file before downloading" but it never asks and the file isn't in my Downloads folder either. Themler just isn't generating a download zip.

Yes, section exporting is working with latest themler v367. I'm testing with WordPress.

Maybe you would attach the screen shots that will show step by step what you are doing. I hope that we could see the issue. Also try to use another browser.

I have figured out what the issue is for me. I was trying to export a section that was inside the Post Content area. It seems that it wont do that. I tried exporting a section that was in the Header and it worked fine.

Hi,

Looks like this is joomla specific issue. I've tested export function on WP ans it works just fine. I'll report it to our developers.
We'll let you know when we receive any news from them.

Please check the default save location for the browser. Or do you use Themler for Mac or Themler for Windows?
