If there is a discount, the final price is output with the help of the Price control, and the Old price is the baseprice without discount. So just make sure the Product Price control is added in Products (it is by default), and in the Product Price tab the Old Price option is enabled.

I'm sorry but the question is not quite clear. Do you mean that old price should not be displayed if product is not on sale?
Unfortunately Themlers does not provide such feature.
