call button similar to back to top

I would like to add a "call button" similar to the 'back to top' button but can't seem to find a way to do that. I added a button but it wont scroll even If i added the script 'smooth scroller'. Can some one help me with this issue.

Hi,

Add the button in the template, try not to position it in any other container, then use the position: fixed and then edit the top, bottom, left and right values to position it in the place you want.
