Can't erase header in page

Hi,

I want to have Different Headers for Different pages. The menu is okay to share but not the image.

I have looked at http://answers.themler.com/articles/4712/how-to-create-different-headers-for-different-templates-video

But i can't get the option to erase the header. It looks i stay in the container...

Is there anatoher way?
