Why support is so slow to answer?

Last answer from support was 1 week ago and it's not the first time you guys let me waiting without excuses. Inefficiency to answer is not polite for customers. If the problem has no actual solution but it's recognized as a bug, I would thank you to let me know instead of keep me waiting for so long.
