Styling buttons in WooCommerce Cart Link dropdown

In Themler 292, I can't figure out how to style the View / Proceed to Checkout buttons in the Cart Link dropdown. I've looked through all the settings in the Cart Link ribbon bar and there's nothing about buttons.
