I can't set elements on product template on grid

Hello,
I have this template (Joomla 3, VM3), in which I can not set on product template product image, product description or any other element

I have done the latest update but still, I have problems. Can you please take a look at this?

Hello,

The fact is that there are no products in the category that uses Products template. So "Grid item is empty" refers to the category grid. In this case such controls as Category Name, Category Count, Category Description, Category Image can be added but not Product controls.
