Hi,

I have a site (development site: www.erinkveld.eu/connykranen) where i want to have the background color in the color of the menu-item. When i click the blue menu button the background must be (10% of the color) blue, and the same for the orange and green button. I already created 3 Post templates but when i change the color from Post3 template (green) the other Post templates get the same color.
I guess i'm doing something wrong, but i don't get it.
I hope you can help me.

Best regards,

Frans

Hi,

When editing one post template, open the Posts control in the top ribbon and press the Customize template styles option. That should enable editing of that template only.

Sincerely,
Hella

Hi,

Still no luck. When i change the default Post Template in my Theme i cannot see where i can change the background from left to right (see attachment). I only see this in the Content & Sidebars.
I can change the background in the Post content part (orange), but then it still changes in the duplicated Post templates Post 2 (background must be blue) and Post 3 (background must be green) to orange too.

Hi,

I see that you have created a new ticket regarding this issue. I'll close the new one and we'll continue the discussion here. Please do not duplicate cases for a single issue.
For the further investigation we need your exported theme (export with the editor included).

Sincerely,
Hella

Sorry for my impatience..
See the attachment for the exported theme. I do not understand what you mean with "export with the editor included".
When you need something more, just let me know!
I really appriciate your help!

Hi,

In the attached theme I see that you have edited the background color of the Content and Sidebars control and that is the same for all the templates. You need to edit the background of the Posts control only.

Hella

Hi,

You can try to modify the Posts control and Content and Sidebars so the Posts control takes the whole area of Content and Sidebars. Then create the inner padding so the actual post content will appear the same as now. I hope that it helps a bit.

Hella
