TOOOO Slow to load, not opening, failing to install into Wordpress

  1. I never started nor finish anything with themler, always i launch it to start to design my website, is ever slow and load for hours. Just imagine 3 hours waiting for one thing to load. And sometimes never open at all, whether online or offline.

Is that mean i lost all invest in buying this softwere? Please themler team advise. This is frustrating a lot, i want to satisfy my clients and deliver on time.

  1. I tried and used instructions of how to install themler into my WordPress but failing.

Seriously i am not happy with this, i have five websites that i am expected to finish but i have no way to finish these project. If this issues not settled i will go to social network and do what i can do. Coz i am worried of my spend.
