Subscription not updating.

I paid for Themler, Free Updates for 1 Year on 3 Sep 2015. Somehow the Liscence date is 28 Oct 2015. Not 1 year. How do I get this fix?

Hi,

You have received the subscription for free with the Artisteer license. So the subscription expired along with your Artisteer license. You can now extend one of the licenses and the second one will be also extended for one year.
