Error with themler desktop for joomla

I'm trying to import a template from artisteer to the desktop version of themler for joomla and I get an unspecified error.
The version of Artisteer is the 4.3.0.60858
The error is as follows:

127.0.0.1:12080
Sorry, error occurred. Your project will be restored.

I've searched the forums and have not found the solution. What I can do?

Hi,

Please try to reexport your Artisteer theme with the latest version:
http://files3.artisteer.com/Artisteer.4.3.0.60902.exe

Then try to import it to your Themler desktop application and let us know the result.

Thanks for your reply. I could not answer so far for lack of time, but it seems that the problem has been fixed. Now the problem is another. When I import an issue with the PC it did not include all the content generated in Artisteer. Instead I get it with the laptop.

I have updated the PC version to the latest (v.295).
I can not provide the laptop version because it does not appear anywhere but it may be the V.125

What I can do?

Hello Pedro,
I'd recommend that you upgrade to the latest Artisteer version
http://files3.artisteer.com/Artisteer.4.3.0.60928.exe
and re-export Artisteer theme using this version. Do not forget to enable 'Include Content' option when exporting Artisteer template

Then create a new Joomla theme in Themler and use File >> Import from ZIP option to open the created ZIP with exported theme

You'll screen like

After that you'll be asked about content. Select "Add Content" option

And the last step if to update Themler theme

Finally you should see the same result as in Artisteer
